This program provides you with an all-inclusive fitness plan that is tailored to your individual needs. You will receive a detailed menu plan with macro-nutrients and food item options, a cardio program, supplement program, and resistance training program that are all designed to focus on the areas you need the most help with. You will have weekly check-ins with Coach JC, who will provide you with detailed video or email responses explaining any changes made to your program. Your program will be adjusted on a weekly basis. No templates will be used. The program will be adjusted weekly based on the previous week's progress.

In Season

In-season" refers to a phase of training where you are preparing for a show, photo shoot or trying to get in shape for the beach season. During this phase, our focus is on losing body fat and improving areas of the body that need the most attention. You will need to check-in every week so that we can ensure your body is not adapting to the current program, and make adjustments as necessary based on your weekly progress. We do not follow any templates, and that is why we have a limited roster of clients. Each client gets all the time necessary to make proper adjustments to their plan.

Off Season

The off-season is a period of training where you focus on making improvements to your body by adding muscle to specific areas. Achieving your ideal physique takes time, and it's important to remember that most people only focus on the final 12-16 weeks before a show or photo shoot. It's essential to note that you can only make significant improvements if you consume enough calories to support them. Unfortunately, it's not possible to build quality lean mass while preparing for a show within the calorie ranges required for contest prep. However, this program is ideal for those who need to go through the contest prep leaning out phase while also building muscle without gaining a significant amount of body fat. Coach JC will guide you through the micro-progression off-season plan, which will rev up your metabolism and help you gain a quality amount of lean mass without unnecessary body fat.

Reverse Siet/ Post Show Diet

This is a critical and often overlooked aspect of programming. Have you ever witnessed someone who lost a considerable amount of body fat only to gain it back in just a few weeks? We have seen it too often. The reason being, people don't grasp the significance of the correctional phase (reverse diet) of their plan. Once you lose an ample amount of body fat, such as contest preparation or a big transformation, your metabolic output decreases. This is known as adaptive thermogenesis and means that your metabolism slows down when you diet with fewer calories required to get stage condition or photo shoot condition lean. The problem is that people fail to go through the correctional phase and increase their calorie intake without being aware of the reduced metabolic rate, leading to weight gain until the metabolism catches up. To tackle this issue, we go through a post-show diet PSD/ Correctional phase for EVERY single client who trains with us. This is so crucial to Coach JC that he will not take clients on unless they commit to the program for at least 4 weeks following the show, photo shoot, or transformation.
