Supplement recommendations are another key element of the program. Based on your specific needs and goals, your coach will suggest the best supplements to enhance your performance and help you achieve your objectives faster. To make sure you stay on track, you'll have access to a fitness app that allows you to track your workouts, log your food, and check-ins. This app is designed to be intuitive and user-friendly, so you can easily stay on top of your fitness journey. Finally, you can rest assured that you'll have access to 24/7 support from your coach. If you have any questions or concerns or need a little extra motivation, your coach will be there to help you every step of the way.

    a. Our all-inclusive package is designed to take care of every aspect of your competition preparation. We cover stage preparation, peak week recommendations, supplement and nutrition advice, workout plans, and regular check-ins to ensure that you are on track to meet your goals. To ensure that every competitor is confident in their posing, we offer posing training for women competing in bikini and men in physique categories. Coach JC will work with you to perfect your form and presentation, so you can feel confident and poised on stage. We understand that competition day can be nerve-wracking, which is why we aim to take the guesswork out of the process. Our package covers everything you need to know for the big day, from backstage etiquette to the order of events. Our goal is to ensure that you are fully prepared and can focus solely on delivering your best performance. But our support doesn't end there. We also offer guidance on reverse dieting and help you prepare for future events. Our goal is to set you up for long-term success and help you achieve your goals beyond your current competition. With our comprehensive package, you can be confident that you are getting the best possible support and guidance for your competition journey.
  • Do I need a gym Membership?
    No, a gym membership is not necessary. I provide home workout routines with resistance bands or custom garage workouts utilizing basic gym garage equipment. However, I highly recommend gym’s for more options.
  • Can I workout on my own schedule?
    Workout programs can be tailored to fit your schedule with options ranging from 3 to 5 days. Most workouts are around 45 minutes to an hour and half.
  • I have limitations with working out or diet restrictions
    Coach JC can assist in modifying or creating custom workouts tailored to individuals with injuries or limitations. No need to worry about dietary restrictions with Coach JC's Macro Based dieting. You can enjoy any food as long as you stay within your caloric goal and hit your daily protein intake.
  • What type of meal plans do you offer
    Coach JC uses a macro-based diet and micronutrient goals to allow food freedom. A set menu is provided to teach how to weigh and track foods.
  • What is macro-based dieting?
    Macro-based dieting is a nutrition strategy that focuses on counting macronutrients - protein, carbohydrates, and fats - instead of counting calories. The idea is that by tracking your macronutrient intake and hitting specific targets for each, you can optimize your body composition and achieve your fitness goals.   • When can I do my check-ins?
    You get to pick the day of the week that works best for your schedule. I recommend a morning you have an extra 15 minutes to take progress photos, measurements and submit your check-in.
  • What type of supplements?
    Coach JC has a list of supplements that he recommends based on an individual's goals and body requirements. It is not mandatory to take supplements, but if you are interested, he can provide you with a complete list and discuss which ones would be suitable for you.   • What do you recommend for cardio?
    Coach JC recommends walking as the best form of cardio, however, all forms of cardio are acceptable including using machines, outdoor sports, activities, running, swimming, and others. Cardio should be tailored to individual needs.
